Rs. 1,150 for JBCN-associated delegates and Rs. 3,000 for external school delegates. Fees are paid on the Google form itself via payment-proof receipt screenshot.

Will study guides be released before the conference?

Yes. Study guides and country matrices are released after committee allocations — status is currently "coming soon" until the EB finalises them.

Is this the Parel or Chembur conference?

Both. JBCN MUN 2026 is a collaborative edition between JBCN Parel and JBCN Chembur — one conference, two campuses working together.

Do I need prior MUN experience?

No. We have Beginner-friendly rooms in the Middle School General Assemblies, and more advanced Specialized Crisis committees for veterans — the difficulty tag on each committee page tells you what to expect.

How are country allocations decided?

Delegates rank their committee and country preferences on the registration form. The Executive Board allocates based on preference order, MUN experience, and balance across the room.

When do I need to submit a position paper?

Position papers are due before Day 1 — the exact deadline is published on the Timeline page once allocations close. Late submissions may be ineligible for awards.

Yes. Lunch and refreshments are included in the delegate fee across both conference days.

Can I attend just one of the two days?

No. JBCN MUN 2026 is a two-day conference; committee substance and awards are structured across both sessions. Delegates must attend Day 1 and Day 2 in full.

What awards will be given?

Best Delegate, High Commendation, Special Mention, and Verbal Mentions per committee, along with an overall Best Delegation for external schools sending full slates.

Can external schools register a full delegation?

Yes. External schools can register full delegations — reach out to the Secretariat via the Contact page so we can coordinate allocations.

Will there be a socials or after-party?

There's a curated Day 1 social evening for all delegates — light, on-campus, and firmly in the spirit of the conference.
