Important Schedule Notes

Read this once. It answers most of what delegates ask on Day 1 morning.

INTERNAL DELEGATES
Notes for JBCN delegates
  • Report to the Chembur campus by 08:15 on Day 1 — 15 minutes before delegate check-in opens.
  • JBCN uniforms are not permitted in committee. Western business formal only, both days.
  • Leave phones with the Delegate Affairs desk during sessions unless the EB explicitly permits research devices.
  • House-linked lunch groups will be posted on the Day 1 noticeboard — do not swap without OC clearance.
EXTERNAL DELEGATES
Notes for visiting schools
  • Carry a printed copy of your school ID plus the payment receipt for check-in on Day 1.
  • Position papers must be submitted by the deadline announced on the Timeline page. Late papers forfeit award eligibility.
  • Parents are welcome for the Opening and Closing ceremonies only. Passes will be shared with your point-of-contact teacher.
  • The venue is JBCN Chembur, not Parel — plan your travel with a 30-minute buffer for morning traffic.
CONFERENCE REMINDERS
Common reminders for every delegate
  • The conference runs both days in full. Partial attendance is not eligible for awards.
  • All timings are IST. Sessions are rounded to the nearest 15 minutes; the chair's clock is final.
  • Water bottles and light stationery are permitted in committee. Food is restricted to break areas.
  • The dress code is enforced — the OC reserves the right to send delegates home to change.
